On October 19, 2026 we are publishing a new app on the Shopify App Store: BA Referral Program & Loyalty Rewards. It takes the referral program merchants already run with us and adds the rest of a loyalty program around it.
What is in it
- Referral popups on the storefront, plus post-purchase referrals
- Loyalty points for the actions you choose — orders, sign-ups, birthdays, reviews and more
- Redemption for percentage or fixed discounts, free products and free shipping
- VIP tiers that customers climb by points or by spending
- Redeem-in-cart, so rewards apply without copying a code
- An analytics dashboard for referral revenue, redemptions and repeat rate
What happens to the current app
Nothing changes. BA Referral Program & Rewards stays live and supported. It remains the simplest way to add a referral offer to the thank-you page, and it is the right choice if sharing and a discount for both sides is all you need.
One app for referrals. A second for merchants who want the whole loyalty program.
